Thesis: The Visualisation of Primordial Shelter

My thesis was about the origins of art and architecture.  The evidence, the hypothesis and the mythology surrounding man’s first attempts at creating art(ifacts) and constructing shelters. The core subject was the evolution of the house incorporating the philosophical matrix surrounding the fabled ‘hut in the forest’. My research considered, the societal, historic and artistic viewpoints of our built environment, incorporating the notions of place and space in our current milieu.
